• Kurt, a co-founder, has 30+ years track record in corporate finance and successfully built up ALANTRA Switzerland and has been acting as Chairman of ALANTRA's global investment banking committee

• During this time, Kurt has executed numerous transactions for Swiss Mid-Caps across many industrial sectors, totalling more than CHF100bn

• His experience includes IPOs, financing as well as M&A advisory (incl. defense of listed companies)

• Kurt is a board member of various companies, among them Stadler Rail and the Cantonal Bank of St. Gallen

• Kurt qualified as a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Bern
